Rubber Track Warranty Policy
At Excavator Rubber Tracks, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. All tracks are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Standard Coverage Periods

Note: Warranty begins from the date of the original invoice.
What is Covered?
- Joint Failure: Premature breakage of the main track joint.
- Steel Cord Failure: Snapping of internal continuous steel cables.
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues in the bonding process or rubber compound.
What is Not Covered?
- Normal Wear & Tear: Standard tread reduction over time.
- Abuse & Neglect: Damage from improper tension, worn sprockets, or "spinning" in rock.
- Severe Environments: Use in demolition, scrap yards, or sharp debris environments.
- Third-Party Costs: Labor for installation, machine downtime, or freight costs.
How to File a Claim
To initiate a claim, please have your original invoice ready and take clear photos of: the serial number, the size stamp, and the specific defect.
